Traditional Indian Head Massage
Traditional Indian head massage is a truly relaxing and rejuvenating treatment. The focus is on shoulders, neck, head and face. Using warm herb-infused oils, the therapist uses various massage techniques, deep tissue work on the shoulders and neck stretches to aid circulation, relieve aches, pains and tension, alleviate stress. Traditional Thai Yoga Massage
Thai massage involves massage techniques (thumb, palm, feet and elbow pressure) and passive yoga-like stretches. The treatment takes place fully clothed, on a mat at floor level. It's a full body treatment: very relaxing treatment, but a deep bodywork at the same time. It improves mobility, circulation and digestion, reduces levels of stress, releases physical tension to relieve aches and pains. (60min/90min/120min)
