How to turn the volume up on the Audio Technica record player.

in Get Started with Your Forum

If you want to listen to the music you have on your record player at a high volume, then you'll need to know how to turn the volume up on the Audio-Technica record player. The record player has a phono connection, which allows you to bypass the internal preamp and play the audio directly through the turntable. Pressing the 'Start' button will start recording automatically and raise the arm. Pressing the 'Stop' button will stop the record and put the arm back into place. The arm will then automatically return to the ready-to-start position.

Another common reason for a low record volume is a damaged cartridge. A simple replacement will fix the problem. If the cartridge is to blame, you may want to consider purchasing a higher quality phono preamp. Cheaper models will produce a less accurate RIAA curve, and the sound of your records will suffer. A poor-quality phono preamp simply cannot convey the essence of the vinyl experience.
