What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.

Physiotherapists are experts in getting to the route of the problem quickly and finding a solution that works for you. Our goal is to allow you to live life to your full potential, and make pain and injury a thing of the past.

What to expect?

Whether your injury has only recently happened, been a problem for a while, or developed over time Physiotherapy can make a huge difference. You will receive an in-depth assessment in your first session, looking at your posture, biomechanics, strength and stability. We will also feel your tissues to help come to a diagnosis of where the problem is stemming from. We will then discuss our findings and come up with a plan of treatment. You will always be made to feel relaxed and comfortable during each session with Ronnaug.
